- Chinese fried rice from left over rice.
- Had some left over fried cauliflower so warmed it up in toaster oven.
- Made manchurian sauce again which took like 5 mins.
- Nice fun dinner from left over in no time.

Manchurian is Indo Chinese and can be made with cauliflower, mushroom, paneer etc etc . It’s deep fried , and too many steps, so I never made it home before .
Finally made it at home and it came out good. What I liked best was the sauce. It is sweet, sour , spicy. If you never had it before or want to try , do try . All ingredients are easily available and don’t need special trip to Indian store . Plenty of recipes online so I won’t repeat.
Millet Poha or may be it’s called millet flakes too is very handy. Quick and easy when you want to take break from rice , wheat. This Poha tasted very good.
If you keep cooked black beans or pinto beans in freezer , this makes a quick lunch.
Millet Poha is flattened millet. You just wash it with water and mix with your cooked vegetables. I made it Indian way with potatoes and peanuts.
Roasted Asparagus on the side . Eating some lightly cooked vegetables everyday helps system stay clean.
You don’t want to be in a state where only input and no output . You know what am taking abt, right?
