Qunioa With Black Chana

For growing kids, this will be a good breakfast or to pack in lunch or any meal. Black chana is high in protein and keeps you full for a long time .

Mix cooked quinoa with boiled black chana.

Add some chopped tomato , goat cheese and salt.

Drizzle some olive oil.

Garnish with cilantro or green garlic if you have time.

Good for adults too.

Take a break from rice and wheat.

Enjoy!
