Purple Cabbage Paratha

Purple cabbage Paratha is so easy to make, taste good and rich in antioxidants.

Use food processor to cut cabbage fine.

Add wheat flour , chopped cilantro , sesame seeds , little oil and mix well.

Add water and make little stiff dough that you can roll.

Roast Paratha in coconut oil .

Enjoy with pickle and plain yogurt.
