
Must try dosa. Very Flavorful. You tube has recipes and combination everyone using is same. Whoever came up with is genius. May Buddha bless him/her. And Smart ppl are making it.
1 cup quinoa
1/2 cup oat
1/4 cup mix of urad dal and chana dal.
Wash quinoa ,dal. Add oat and water . Soak for 4-5 hrs.
Blend everything removing extra water.
Add salt and make dosa. Use olive oil to season.
No rice, no wheat , no Rava . I love it.
