Calcium Rich Ragi

Looking for non dairy calcium source ? Ragi has 300 mg per 100 gram which is pretty good amt. It has good iron , protein too and gluten free.

Taste is very earthy so you need to find a way to like it. Made Idli with it and with sambhar, chutney it tasted fine .

There are plenty of recipes out there so try it out .

It’s called finger millet too.
