Sub Sandwich

If you get good sub roll, home made sandwich will taste so good. You can make it the way you like and can add lot of treasures in it . I know Sub picture is upside down.

Veg pho is restaurant left over . Soup and sandwich made a good lunch on foggy day and after yoga quick lunch.

Recently I learned that lot of ppl learned music during quarantine. Some ppl taught themselves new music instruments , or started playing /learning instrument they had for years. Good use of time. I also got back to my music last year and still continuing.

Quinoa Oat Dosa

Must try dosa. Very Flavorful. You tube has recipes and combination everyone using is same. Whoever came up with is genius. May Buddha bless him/her. And Smart ppl are making it.

1 cup quinoa

1/2 cup oat

1/4 cup mix of urad dal and chana dal.

Wash quinoa ,dal. Add oat and water . Soak for 4-5 hrs.

Blend everything removing extra water.

Add salt and make dosa. Use olive oil to season.

No rice, no wheat , no Rava . I love it.

Fermented Ragi Idli

Ragi Idli can be made so many different ways but sometimes Ragi taste is very overpowering and not everyone will enjoy. This combination I tried turned out really good. Don’t remember where I read.

0.5 cup long grain white rice

0.5 cup urad dal

1 tsp methi seeds

Soak everything together for 5-6 hrs and grind it. I just use my magic bullet .

Now add 1 cup of Ragi flour and mix . Add water if needed.

Let it ferment for 12 -24 hrs.

Make Idli or Dosa as usual.

Taste nice wholesome and rich in calcium , iron.
