Aduki Beans

  

  • Aduki beans are called red beans or adzuki beans too. It’s popular in Asian cooking and also used for its medicinal value in Chinese medicine. 
  • If you are bored of regular beans , try it out. They taste good. 
  • Soak them in water for 7-8hrs before cooking. 
  • You can make curry or anyway you use your beans.
  • I cooked with spinach and also had with just little salt by itself. 
  • Good way to expand  your bean verizon.
