Craving Sweet?

  • We all crave something sweet once in  a while which is normal.  But if craving is all the time, then of course you need to improve your diet.
  • Date is naturally sweet and satisfy sweet craving without guilt. 2 or 3 and you will be done.
  • Sometimes i stuff almond in the middle and eat. Very tasty.
  • Dates will give some nutritional benefits too. Added bonus .
