I hear ppl complaining many times that they don’t know what to cook and they are tired of same food. Why not try new vegetables ? You really don’t need to be stuck with same recipes and same vegetables. If you eat variety, then you will get all nutrition too.
This is another very easy, simple and quick recipe. I used frozen Ratalu from indian store to make it super quick.
Heat oil and season with mustard seeds, hing. Add ratalu , chopped tomato, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder,red chili powder, cumin-coriandor powder, salt, add some water and cook for 3 whistles.
That’s it. Isnt’ it super quick? And it taste just like potato. More creamy probably.
I had wtih roti and grapfruit juice on side. Delicious, healthy lunch.
Speaking abt grapefruit, lot of ppl don’t like grapefruit but it’s b/c you don’t know when to cut grapefruit.
I always let grapefruit sit on kitchen counter for at least a week. Once fully ripe, make juice in citrus juicer. It’s really tasty.
If grapefruit is not fully ripe, then it’s bitter and sour.
Grapefruit does interfer with some medicines, so make sure you are allowed to eat grapefruit.
