- Oat helps in cholesterol, diabetics, high blood pressure, good fiber, iron etc etc. And i have bought a box so have been trying new things with oat.
- Roast oat lightly for few mins and grind it. Take 1 cup oat flour + 1 cup besan + 2 tbsp rava.
- Add 1 spoon yogurt, salt , little turmeric powder, 1 tbsp oil and water. Make batter just like of khaman.Not too thin and not too thick.
- Add 1 tsp of fruit salt/Eno. Mix well and steam for 15-20 mins.
- You can also add ginger, green chilli paste, lemon juice and little sugar just like khaman. I had chutney to go with it so made it plain.
- It tasted really good with my coconut chutney.
