- Pinto beans soaked and cooked fresh. That’s the secret to have good pizza. Drain and reserve water to use in something else. Mesh the beans and add salt. Now don’t forget to taste this bean mixture. It’s so yummy.
- Heat a pan with little oil. Spread bean mixture on tortilla and now throw it on heated pan. Add boiled corn, chopped red onion, cilantro, green chilli, red-yellow-green peppers and sprinkle salt. Finally some cheese on the top.
- Now cover the pan and let it cook until cheese is melted. Make sure base doesn’t burn but it will become nice crispy.
