- Black bean water saved after making burger turned into delicious rasam.
- Season oil with little bit mustard,cumin seeds and add chopped tomatoes. Once tomatoes are mushy, add ginger paste, rasam powder and add black bean water. Add salt and let it boil. Garnish with cilantro. I also left few black beans in the water.
- While rasam was boiling, i roasted some whole wheat sub with little olive oil and italian seasoning.
