- Pav bhaji is very easy to cook, healthy and quick. Am sure everyone knows how to make it or there are plenty of recipes online. I use potatoes, fresh cauliflower, carrot, green peas, green bell pepper, eggplant.
- To make it healthy , first of all add less butter. It doesn’t need to swim in oil or butter. I cook it in oil and after you switch off stove, add little butter in it. That way there’s plenty of butter flavour and still very less butter. Use whole wheat bun to go with it.
- And with a side of mango slices, a perfect yummy meal.
