Avocado Rotalo

  • Avocado rotalo is a must try. Avocado give a little green color to rotalo and buttery flavour.
  • I used corn flour but you can use bajara(millet) or any flour you use to make rotalo. I used approx 2 spoon avocado pulp for 1 rotalo. Don’t use too much else it will become too soft.
  • As we all already know, avocado has good kinda fat.
  • This is a typical gujarati meal of rotalo, eggplant potato curry and kadhi. Do try the combination if you haven’t. It’s really yummy, healthy and filling.
  • We also make plain khichadi to go with kadhi. A complete meal !
