Scrambled tofu


  • This is a very easy and 1 of my fav dish. Saute your favorite vegetables, add spices and scrambled tofu.
  • Goes very well with paratha or you can make a wrap too.
  • I generally add peas, corn, carrot ,all color bell peppers,onion and tomatoes.
  • Sometimes ppl like to eat tofu as a replacement to paneer. But that doesn’t work and one gets disappointed.
  • Eat tofu b/c  you want to to eat tofu, not as a replacement for something.
