- This was accidental. I just forgot to add oil and still tasted so good. Didn’t miss oil at all.
- This is my mom’s simple recipe where fresh chopped spinach, little chopped onion with spices like ginger- garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin-coriander powder, salt cooked together. You can add little oil too but do try without oil. Add some chopped tomatoes once spinach is little cooked and cook again until tomatoes are cooked.
