Gujarati Kapuriya


  • Steamed kapuriya is very tasty and yet healthy. Thanks to my aunt S who taught me this delicacy.
  • I use ready made handvo flour so less work. If you don’t know how to make it, here’s the you tube video.
  • If you are lazy like me to do seasoning, good for you. Just pour little good quality olive oil on it.
  • Olive oil is good for liver, of course in moderation.
  • With a side of mango lassi, perfect healthy and yummy lunch.
