Tomato rice with yogurt


  • Saute some vegetables in a pan with tomatoes, ginger , any spice u like  and then add everything to rice cooker.
  • Add some cashews or any nuts you like.
  •  Now Go for a walk while rice is cooking in rice cooker.
  • Adding few fresh mint leaves gives it a very good flavour.
  • Use brown rice if you are worried abt white rice or diabetes.
